Cornbread(Mom's Recipe)



Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 cup corn meal
2 ts salt
3 1/2 ts baking powder
2 ts sugar
2 eggs
2 cup milk
1/2 cup oil

***Instead of 2 cup of milk you can use 1 cup butter milk and 1 cup milk.
***Instead of 3 1/2 ts baking powder you can put 1 ts soda and 1/2 ts baking powder.



Whisk all together and pour in to 9 by 13 baking pan and greased.
Oven bake 425 F for 30 minutes uncovered.



This is very good recipe to me. I never like plain cornbread
but this recipe good.

Peanut Butter ,Jelly and Potato Chips Sandwich



It's so easy meal to make and always good.
It is a PB & J Sandwich. But I got this idea from
my mother-in-law. She like to have with
Original Lays Potato Chips and I just like to
make my together like this. I saw on the Tv Show
once before. So I tried...yummmm..



I like whole wheat bread. That's mean everthing
is good for your health.



oh!!! watch your carb and fat.

Japanese Curry with Rice



Ingredients
1 lb beef stew
1 package Japanese Curry mix(Asian Store)
1 cup diced white onion
1/2 cup celery
1 medium green bell pepper
1/2 cup diced carrot
2 cups water



Directions
1. Brown onion, carrot, celery and meat about 5 minutes then add water.
2. Turn heat down to medium and keep cooking atleast an hour or until meat is tender.
3. Add Japanese Curry and bell pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes and ready to serve!!.
4. Serve over rice.

Banana Cream Pie


Ingredients
1 9" pie crust
2 packages instant vanilla pudding mix
4 firm banana
3 1/2 cup milk
1/2 tub cool whipped
Directions
1. Bake pie crust about 10 minutes or golden brown. Let it cool.
2. Whip pudding mix and milk together until set.
3. Pour half of pudding over crust and cut banana layer on top of pudding.
4. Pour other half of pudding and cool whipped on top.
5. Chill in fridge atleast 2 hours.

Banana Cream and Pitstachio Pie



Ingredients
1 package instant banana cream pudding mix
1 package instant pitstachio pudding mix
3 1/2 cups milk
1/2 tub cool whipped
4 firm medium bananas
2 cups nilla wafer

Directions
1. Whisk together pudding mix and milk in the bowl until set.
2. Pour 1/2 of pudding in the pudding bowl and cut banana on top of pudding.
3. Break 1/2 of Nilla wafer on banana.
4. Whisk together pudding and cool whipped and pour on top.
5. Decorate the left of wafer on top of the bowl.(pictured)
6. Chill in fridge atleast 2 hours or until set.
