Japanese Curry with Rice



Ingredients
1 lb beef stew
1 package Japanese Curry mix(Asian Store)
1 cup diced white onion
1/2 cup celery
1 medium green bell pepper
1/2 cup diced carrot
2 cups water



Directions
1. Brown onion, carrot, celery and meat about 5 minutes then add water.
2. Turn heat down to medium and keep cooking atleast an hour or until meat is tender.
3. Add Japanese Curry and bell pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes and ready to serve!!.
4. Serve over rice.
