
I found this recipe in Taste of Home magazine. I made it.
It was diliciuos and muffin doesn't have to be sweet.

They are good for breakfast.

Ingredients
2 xups all-puppose flour
2 tb sugar
3ts baking powder
1/2 ts salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter or magarine, melted
1/2 lb bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
1. In a bowl. Combind the dry ingredients.
2. Combind egg, milk and butter; stir into dry ingredients
just until moistened. Fold in sausage and cheese.
3. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
4. Bake at 375 F. for 18-22 minutes.
5. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans. Serve warm.

Refrigerate leftovers.
