Thai Style Grilled Chicken

We call "Gai-Yang". Gai mean chicken. Yang mean grill".
Taste good!!! Thai people like to use whole chicken but I like to do just white meat.
Taste the same.



Ingredients
3 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 ts garlic powder
1 ts curry poder
5 tb coconut milk
2 tb oyster sauce
1 tb soy sauce(I love "maggi" soy sauce)
1 tb fish sauce
spinkle of chili powder

Instructions
1. Combind all ingredients in ziplock bag. Shake to coat chicken.
2. Keep in the fridge atleast 4 hours or over night. And keep turning.
3. Grill chicken on gas grill about 7 minutes. Turn the other side and grill for 7 minutes.
4. Serve warm with rice and vegetables.
