Ground Pork Omelette on Rice

We call "Kai-jiew-moo-sub". It's very poppular in Thailand.
Kai: egg
jiew:pan fry
moo:pork
sub:chop



Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup ground pork
1 ts garlic powder
2 tb oyster sauce(Availeble in Asian Store)
1 ts soy sauce or fish sauce
cilantro(optional)
3 tb vegetable oil

Instructions
Beat all together. Heat oil on medium-high and pour egg mixture in pan. Let it set for 5 -10 seconds take spatula and Lift up your omelette let the egg mixture run to the bottom. Repeat the other side until golden brown on the bottom. Flip the omelette and let it sit until golden. Serve on top of rice.

**Thai people like to have it with spicy sauce. We call "Prik-Nam-Pla".



How to make "Prik-Nam-Pla"

Blend fresh 2 cloves of garlic and 1 Thai hot pepper. Stir in 3 tb fish sauce, 1 ts lime juice and pinch of sugar. Serve with Thai food. My mother-in-law call "Thai Salsa"
