Stir-Fried Ground Pork with Holy Basil Sauce



We call "Pad-Ga-Prao" ผัดกระเพรา.

This is one of my favorited dish.
And fried egg on top. Yummmmy!!!



Ingredients
1 lb ground pork
2 tb oil
1 ts fresh garlic, minced
2 tb Thai holy basil sauce(available in asian grocery)
2-3 tb oyster sauce
1/2 ts sugar
1 tb fish sauce
2-3 fresh Thai chili peppers(optional)
1 cup fresh string bean
1/2-1 cup basil leaves

Instructions
1. heat oil and garlic until golden brown.
2.add holy basil sauce and cook ground pork until no longer pink.
3.add oyster sauce, sugar, chili and fish sauce.
4.add string bean and basil leaves, stirring about 15 minutes.
5.serve warm over rice and top with fried egg.
